Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products - Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment - Proficient phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries - Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash - Strong sales skills to upsell products and meet sales targets - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Note:
Prior experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
Prior experience with Blaze POS is a plus.
Full time availability is a must.
