To maintain our commitment to safety and security, we are seeking diligent and dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards.
Job
Responsibilities:
Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the nightclub premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
Maintain order and enforce venue policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, diffusing conflicts and resolving issues calmly and professionally.
Coordinate effectively with other security team members and nightclub staff to address security concerns and maintain a cohesive working environment.
Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and medical incidents, following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
Active Guard Card/license issued by the state regulatory authority.
Prior experience in security or related field preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to and from the nightclub, as shifts may end late at night.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
