If so, this maintenance technician opportunity could be the perfect fit for you! As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily upkeep and maintenance of our 34 unit apartment community in Cathedral City, CA.
Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs, complete service requests and maintaining physical upkeep of the property Has a basic knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, basic electric, general carpentry skills Repair appliances, replace parts as needed to effectively provide corrective maintenance and grounds maintenance Ensure all work is done in a timely manner and provide consistent follow up Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all resident requests or complaints are addressed in a timely, efficient and courteous manner Other duties as determined by management -Must have their own reliable transportation -Clean; Professional appearance at all times -Preferably within 15min from the Cathedral City area.
